Who I am
Selected Diamonds is an independent diamond sourcing and advisory practice run by me, Emilia Hallel, based in Strasbourg, France. If you have any questions about how your data is handled, I'm reachable directly at emilia_rr@icloud.com.
What information I collect
When you reach out through the contact form on this site, I collect exactly what you choose to share: first name, last name, email address, phone number (optional), and the content of your message. This website does not collect or process any payment information.
How I use it
I use your information for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, if you'd like to move forward, to provide the diamond sourcing and advisory services you've requested. Your data is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
How long I keep it
I hold on to enquiry data only for as long as it's needed to respond to you. If we go on to work together, I retain your information for the duration of our client relationship, plus any additional period required by accounting or legal obligations.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or request a copy of the personal data I hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain uses of it. To exercise any of these rights, just email emilia_rr@icloud.com and I'll take care of it.
Third-party services
This site may rely on a third-party form service (such as Formspree) to deliver contact form submissions to my inbox. These providers only process your data to the extent needed to deliver that service.
