About Selected Diamonds
Selected Diamonds is an independent diamond sourcing and advisory activity operated by Emilia Hallel ("I", "me"), based in Strasbourg, France.
My role
I provide advisory and sourcing services to help clients select certified diamonds and fine jewellery. I source stones directly from trusted professional suppliers; I do not manufacture or grade diamonds myself.
For bespoke jewellery, I work with a small number of trusted, experienced jewellers who carry out the setting and manufacturing. I select and coordinate these partners and remain the client's single point of contact throughout; the jewellers are independent professionals engaged for their craftsmanship.
Certification
Every diamond recommended is accompanied by independent certification from a recognised gemological laboratory. Certification reports are provided to the client at or before purchase.
Quotes and pricing
Quotes provided during a consultation are subject to stone availability and supplier confirmation at the time of order, and may change if a specific stone is no longer available.
Payment
Payment terms are agreed individually with each client prior to sourcing a specific stone, and will be confirmed in writing.
Cancellations and returns
Because diamonds are sourced individually per client order, cancellation and return terms will be specified in writing for each transaction before payment is made. See my Shipping Policy for delivery-related terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in France, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
