Delivery method
Given the value of certified diamonds and fine jewellery, all items are shipped using fully insured, signature-required courier services. Tracking details are provided for every shipment.
Processing time
Because each diamond is sourced individually to match a client's requirements, processing time varies by stone and supplier and will be confirmed at the time of order — typically between a few days and several weeks for bespoke sourcing.
International shipping
I can arrange shipping to France, the rest of the European Union, and internationally. Import duties or taxes applicable in the destination country are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
In-person collection
Clients based in or visiting Strasbourg may arrange in-person collection and verification of their diamond by appointment.
Loss or damage in transit
All shipments are insured for their full declared value. In the rare event of loss or damage in transit, I will work directly with the client and the insurer to resolve the matter.
